OSGF
Plant Family: Brassicaceae
Latin Name: Brassica rapa subsp. narinosa
Varieties We Grow:
Storage: Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or bag. Best consumed within 1 week.
Tatsoi is sweet and has a very mild mustard flavor. Young tatsoi leaves are quite tender and can be consumed raw. Once the leaves become larger, and thus more fibrous, braising, sauteing, or steaming the tatsoi before consumption is usually preferred. The BCCF is currently growing rainbow tatsoi in our glasshouse for seed saving.
