Programs Manager & Assistant Secretary to the Board

Praise Hall has served as Programs Manager & Assistant Secretary to the Board at the Oak Spring Garden Foundation since 2024, following her tenure as Program Administrator beginning in October 2022.

Originally from Fridley, Minnesota, by way of Aurora, Colorado, Praise brings a background in consulting with a strong emphasis on project management and the coordination of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. This experience underpins her work at OSGF, where she ensures the seamless planning and execution of the Foundation’s programs and events.

In her current role, Praise oversees the administration and logistics of short courses, workshops, conferences, and special events. She collaborates closely with instructors and internal teams to develop program schedules, manage application and participant processes, and coordinate all aspects of the visitor experience, including housing, transportation, and detailed run-of-show planning. She also maintains the Foundation’s internal program management systems and supports key platforms used for program delivery and engagement.

As Assistant Secretary to the Board, Praise prepares and drafts materials and minutes for board meetings and supports governance-related processes. She additionally liaises with local partners and county officials to coordinate transportation and ensure compliance with permitting requirements for larger-scale events, while facilitating tours and visits across the Foundation.

Outside of her professional work, Praise enjoys walking, playing board games, and exploring new interests. Her favorite plant is arrowhead (Syngonium podophyllum).
